Financing Options

Arranging the payment of tuition fees at Northern Academy is easier than you might think. We can offer several alternatives to assist you:

  • Cash/Cheque/Money Order/Credit Card
  • Savings and Investments
  • Friends and Family
  • Human Resources Skills Development Canada(for eligible EI recipients)
  • Second Career Strategy ~ People affected by a lay-off may be eligible for financial help.
  • Community and Social Services
  • First Nations Support Groups
  • WSIB (WCB)
  • Existing Line of Credit
  • *'Student' Line of Credit through major financial institutions
  • Combinations of the Above

*Student Line of Credit

Use only the funds you need, when you need them, up to your approved credit limit to pay for tuition, books, living expenses, and other education-related expenses.

Student Lines of credit are different from traditional loans because, once approved, you only take out what you need, when you need it, as many times as you want (up to your credit limit). And, you pay interest only on the funds that you use.
